Location:
From the city of Kamloops
travel north on Hwy. #5 (Yellowhead Hwy.) for 22.5 km. (14 mi.).
Turn east (right) onto the Heffley-Louis Creek Road and travel
for 8 km. (5 mi.). Turn north (left) onto a secondary road. A
few kilometers before reaching Sullivan
Lake, you will find another road that branches to the east
(right). Follow this road (a truck is recommended) to Community
Lake.
Resorts
& Campsites:
A 10 vehicle BCFS campsite with a boat launch and wharf is located
on the lake.

Fishing
Report: Community is managed as a quality lake. It
has an excellent Caddisfly hatch in early June to the delight
of dry fly enthusiasts. A good producer of Rainbows to 3 lbs.
With Sullivan and Badger close by, Community Lake is situated
in a superb fishing area and should not be passed up while exploring
